Last week I turned the big 2-6! I'm old!  My sister in-law and I have birthdays only a few days apart, so we had a fun birthday bash at the in-laws on Monday.

We went to Cheesecake Factory for my birthday dinner where I ordered my 3 FAVORITE things:

Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake

&

Diet Coke

Yum!

Dave always finds really creative ways of giving gifts. This year I was doing laundry when Dave got home from school. He handed me the "mail" which was a pack of note cards which said:

He took my car and had an ipod adaptor installed in the car for me! No more CD's all over my car now.

Turning 26 wasn't so bad after all. 

Basketball Weekend

Dave is kind of a big time BYU fan so we just got back from watching the Mountain West Conference Tournament in Vegas.  We went shopping before the game on Friday, and ran into Amanda, Becca & Oakley! So fun!

I didn't think watching that many basketball games in a row would be fun, but I have to admit....I loved it! It was so fun to watch the Cougars play the New Mexico Lobos and WIN!!!! About time! Oh and Jimmer and his 52 points....A-MAZING! Too bad I can't say the same about Saturdays game.  Not so much fun to watch the Cougs lose to the San Diego Asstecs, er I mean Aztecs.

We made it back in time for Selection Sunday. I don't know if I've ever seen anyone pace back & forth as much as I just witnessed in my living room. It was making me anxious just watching him!
